Admission Procedures
The applicant can purchase the Form and Prospectus from the School on all working days between 9:00 am to 01:00 pm.
If the applicant decides to proceed with the admission process, they should follow these steps:
The applicant would be required to submit the Admission Form at the school with the set of documents mentioned below:
- Municipal Birth Certificate.
- Proof of Residence such as Quarter Allotment letter & Emp.ID Card for NTPC, CISF & ICH Employee / Ration Card / Voter ID-Card / House tax receipt / Electricity Bill etc. in the name of any one parent.
- Medical certificate of Fitness from a qualified practitioner. (Original)
- Latest Passport size colored photograph of the child.
- TC & Report Card for classes I onwards. (Original)
- Aadhaar Card of the Child.
- Aadhaar Card of the Parents.
- Declaration cum Undertaking (Specimen as under)
PLEASE NOTE:
You are requested to furnish a Declaration cum Undertaking (Specimen as under) duly typed on a Rs. 50/- nonjudicial stamp paper, duly attested by a 1st Class Magistrate/Notary Public and submit the same along with the Medical Certificate, at the time of admission.
Note: Incomplete or incorrect applications will not be accepted.
All the above-mentioned documents must be self- attested.
Documents required at the time of verification:
- Original birth certificate.
- Original proof of residence.
- Original Aadhar Cards, both of the child and parents.
- Medical certificate of Fitness from a qualified practitioner- Download form
* Once Admission is granted you may proceed to deposit the fees.
